Our multi-disciplinary team covers all required skills needed for your transformative change needs.  We ensure that required project actions work together seamlessly with the People side of change.  This requires early engagement with impacted stakeholders around the six dimensions of change.  These stakeholders will play a critical role in either ‘enabling the change’ (like HR and IT), or ‘receiving the change’ into the business operational ecosystem.

Peter Hadwen Transformation and Change Management

In 25 years of consulting to government in Canada and internationally, Peter Hadwen has developed a rare combination of management consulting skills allowing him to facilitate discussions effectively, and develop working tools, plans, and strategies for transformation and change. Peter is President of the Enterprise Change Group. Very recently he worked on major transformation projects in HR, Finance, and benefits programs to Canadians. He is dedicated to demonstrating through data analytics that all stakeholders are ready for change. This ensures a People first focus of transformation for a continued positive, productive and healthy workplace.

Thom Lyon Business Transformation Architecture and Project Planning

With many years of experience in transformation of financial systems (SAP), and other government IT enabled systems Thom Lyon will ensure complex projects are planned and implemented from beginning to end. These require his skills in ensuring the the right plans, governance, and approaches for engaging senior leadership and business leads in resolving risks and taking a broader picture shared by all key stakeholders with a strong interest in achieving shared business change and outcomes. He understands how to develop costed plans that reflect the full range of required actions in every transformation domain reflected in the Enterprise Change Group methodology. Thom is a senior associate and advisor to ECG.

Marilyn Domagalski Workplace Health and Culture Senior Advisor

With 20 years experience Marilyn Domagalski is an expert on the health of workplaces, including the psychosocial stresses that typically arise with ineffectively planned transformation. She has undertaken numerous workplace assessments to determine the required adjustments to how all attributes of a health workplace can be ensure and sustained.

Jody Thompson Culture Transformation Partner

Jody Thompson, the Founder of CulturRx and Results-Only Work Environment, is an expert in transformational workplace culture change. She is also the author of two NY Times best-selling books about workforce management including Why Work Sucks & How to Fix It.

Marie-Pier Malboeuf Communications (Social Media) Associate

Marie-Pier Malboeuf our communications lead for planning and social media supporting internal and external engagement needs. She is Creative Director, Designer and the Founder of ColourCoding Media Inc. a full-service design agency established in 2014 in Ottawa. ColourCoding Media provides creative solutions in both digital and print such as branding, graphics, infographics, animated short videos, social media designs and web site design and development.

Paul Cripwell Data Analytics Associate

Paul Cripwell provides the team with the data analytics and graphical presentation expertise. With a transportation engineering degree, Paul has spent over 40 years dealing with data, from data collection, through analysis and to final presentation, he has done it all. His expertise with spreadsheets for manipulating the input data and producing graphics that tell the right story, will be invaluable to each project.

Duncan Sutter Portal Systems Associate

Portal Systems Associate – Duncan Sutter developed all portal coding and structure for ensuring functionality meeting client needs.  As the portal continues to develop as an analytical space for clients, Duncan will be creating more forms and functionality to meet new client needs.  His mission is to automate as much of the consulting experience to make this more cost-effective for project teams. With over 35 years in software development, business process automation and network security, and more than 10 years of experience in government platforms, one of his more recent endeavors is to participate in the development of the Prime Minister’s website.
