• Project Page (clients will have their own location to  complete worksheets.  They will project analytics)

  • Worksheet 2 – Complexity of Change
  • Worksheet 3 – Stakeholder Analysis
  • Worksheet 4 – Change Impacts
  • Worksheet 5 – Change Risks
  • Worksheet 6 – Readiness Plan
  • Worksheet 7 – Go No Go for Go Live (Readiness Assessment)
• Enterprise Page – as an extra service, clients will receive enterprise analytics across projects, including:
  • Enablers (like HR) – all workplanning requirements for key stakeholders
  • Business Case – determining priorities on initiatives or improvement opportunities
  • Collision points – where multiple projects are creating a roadblock or change saturation

• Request for Service – After submission of worksheet(s) clients can submit a ticket for Coaching, Consulting through a virtual conference
