The Six (6) Dimensions of Change, that aligns with business architectures provides an approach to systematically assess the relative severity of change impacts and develop actionable operating models and Go Live readiness plans.

For each phase of transformation we provide intuitive tools that can be completed by project teams on their own with limited coaching. No need for large consulting teams!
